MINT-PLS - 3D plot

Hello,

It is possible to plot in 3D: http://mixomics.org/graphics/sample-plots/plotindiv/. I can reproduce the example. However I cant do it with a model from MINT-PLS. Can you help me please?

Thanks for reaching out. That’s correct, at the moment 3D plots are not available for MINT objects. But we’ll certainly work on that and keep you updated.
