Visualisation with mint.block.plsda

Hello,

I have been using the mixOmics package succesfully until now. However, when it comes to mint.block.plsda visualisation with plotIndiv() (or any other mint.block for that matter), I get the error:

No plotIndiv for the following functions at this stage: mint.block.pls, mint.block.spls, mint.block.plsda, mint.block.splsda.

Is this a problem that has not been resolved yet within the package? If so, is there an estimated timeframe for when this problem could be resolved?

We just have been lacking funding to create these functions but hope to get it resolved in 6 months. In the meantime you can just extract the global variates and do the plots yourself.

Ahh, I understand. In the end, I was able to do the plots by myself, as you suggested. Thanks for the reply!
