Is mixOmics tools suitable for integrating radiomics data and metabolomics data？
It depends on how the radiomics data are processed. If they are in a matrix format with continuous values then yes. You can probably search of the use of radiomics data with mixOmics to see of others have done this before (we are currently testing with histological image data and it works well).
