N-Integration and circos plot

Hello, I applied N integration for transcriptome, microbiome and pathway abundance datasets. Is there any way to get rid of variables that do not connect with any others in circos plot. I would like to keep only those that are connected via line. Thank you for your concern.

hi @tkaraman

You could but perhaps this is beside the points. The method selects variables that are discriminative, but they are not necessarily all correlated. This is one of the message from the plot.

You could use other types of graphics (e.g via cytoscape: you can use first the network() function in mixOmics, save into an object, then extract the output called $gR, see ?network).

Thank you so much for the kind reply. Wish you all the best.
