Mint.block.splsda

Hi,

I want to use mint.block.splsda and as output the mat.c is listed. However I do not anything but just the selected components.

I need the network and associations of variables to the samples. Like if I do it for the given example for mint.block.splsda, I could get the network between key mirnas and mrnas with Basal, Her2, or LumA

I appreciate a lot your help.

Unfortunately this method is still in development regarding the output functions, as no one was interested in using it!
We have a current project with a PhD student, but it may take a while (i.e. a year) to get everything sorted with this function. You might be able to alter the network and circosPlot function yourself for your own need.
