We have two time points in study, both time points has X- omics data (Omics data measured at both time point), y-Outcome (outcome measured at both timepoint). We need to find how changes in y, i.e. outcome associated with changes in X. I have gone through the discussion forum and thinking of multilevel analysis to this data. Is there any other method we can use for this study? Thank you again for this forum and it really helped me for my other data analysis.

We only have the multilevel option for 2 time points, but it applies to specific cases and questions. Have a look on our website for examples.
