Hi mixomics team, thanks so much for creating such a useful set of tools!
I’m interested in using the MINT-PLS-R framework, I can see that there has been some published work using the MINT-PLS-DA framework and the model performance and optimization seems to be in place for the DA version as well. What I’m uncertain about is whether there are papers that have used the MINT-PLS-R framework, and what model parameters we should report (and what recommendations you have for tuning).
