Different selected variables in PlotVar graph

Hi all,

When I use plotVar function in DIABLO with ‘var.names’ parameter, I found different selected variables (different correlated variables) then when I don’t use it.
Someone coud explain this difference please ?

Thanks for using mixOmics.

Please note that plotVar only represents the correlation b/w each variable and each component plotted. Although correlations b/w variables can be qualitatively inspected with care (if you are interested in estimated correlations b/w variables across blocks you can use the circosPlot function). If you do not assign var.names it will show all the selected variables and if you customise it, it will show the variables you input only. Let us know if you have any other questions.
