I am a developer of an already published package initially submitted to CRAN. After some improvements, I’d like to submit it to Bioconductor and remove (archive) it, so I would like to know how you did it for mixOmics.

I am actually unaware of this whole process. I only started working on the package this year - and it’s been around a lot long than that!
Later this month, I’ll be going through some meetings in order to catch me up to speed with pushing and deploying updates to Bioc and CRAN, so once I’m a little more in the loop I can fill you in on what I’ve learnt.
