Hello, Thank you for this tool , i’m trying to do network analysis and i want to know which option that give the distribution of each feature in teh groups (as it shown in the picture below where there’s yellow, green, red for three stages)
We have not implemented this in the network function. Instead, you can save the output and plug it into cytoscape (we’ve had previous posts already discussing this, which you can search for).
