Unable to access sPLS1 case study

Hi all,

I am hoping to use sPLS (PLS1) for a bioactive compound discovery project. The link to the PLS1 case study (https://mixomicsteam.github.io/Activities/pls-liver-case.html#example-pls1-regression) is not working at this time. Are there any other tutorials for sPLS using a single response variable?
