Pca on data with missing values

Hello, I was trying to use the pca () from mixomics on my data which contains missing values. However, it gives me an error which says :

Error in ph.new/drop(sqrt(crossprod(ph.new))) : mismatched arrays

I was wondering if I could get some insight on what could be wrong in my data ? :slight_smile:
