Data points and ellipses colour do not match

Hello,

I am using plotIndiv to produce an splsda plot, and the elipses are the correct colour but the data points are incorrect (orange and blue have been switched) and do not match the ellipses. I believe this is a bug as I also tried running your Case Study of sPLS-DA with SRBCT dataset and encountered the same issue (switching blue and orange colour on data points). Could you please assist?

hi @qutkat,

Yes thank you - we’ve noticed the bug but at the moment we don’t have capacity to fix this. If you need this plot, that I’d recommend using R studio on the cloud, switch to an earlier version of both R (and hence mixOmics).

We are in the process of recruiting a mixOmics software developer and we’ll put this on the priority list :slight_smile:
